NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER
This annual event began in 1951, and President Ronald Reagan signed it into law in 1988 as the first Thursday in May. The theme for this year is Pray God’s Glory Across the Earth. National Day of Prayer President Kathy Branzell wrote, “We pray that you will join us this year to pray and proclaim the knowledge of God’s glory across the earth.”
